- Sales reports: Track your sales and break them down in detail
- Product reports: See how your products are performing
- Marketing reports: Understand your growth efforts and customers

Filter and export options
Most reports let you filter by:- Date range: View data for a specific day, week, or custom period
- Outlet: Switch between locations if you have multiple outlets
- Fulfilment type: See dine-in, pickup (takeaway), or delivery separately
- Source: Where the order came from (POS, scan to order, kiosk, web, etc.).
- Serving hour of day: Filter by specific hours (e.g., lunch rush from 12pm-2pm)
- Serving day of week: See specific days like weekends only
What BETA means
Some reports have a BETA label. This means they are newer versions with:- More detailed breakdowns
- Additional export options, e.g. scheduled email delivery
- Extra filters and comparison tools
If you see different numbers between a BETA report and an older report for the same data, contact support at [email protected].
