Overview
The void report shows all items that were voided during a selected period, helping you track waste, mistakes, customer cancellations, and other reasons for voided items.

Filters
- Date: Serving date (when the order was originally fulfilled). You can select a single date or a custom date range.
- Outlet: Switch between outlets if you have multiple outlets
- Brand: Filter by brand if you have multiple brands
Actions
- Download: Export the void report data to a file for further analysis or record-keeping
Report columns
The void report displays the following information for each voided item:- Voided date: Date and time when the item was voided
- Order ID: Clickable order identifier that links to the full order details
- Item: Name of the voided product
- Reason: The reason selected when voiding the item (e.g. “Test”, “Not prepared”)
- Total: Total value of the voided item, including modifiers and customizations
- Quantity: Number of items voided (typically 1 per row)
