GST and tax settings in Atlas are managed by the Atlas team. They are not editable in the Merchant Portal, the menu builder, or outlet settings. Tax configuration covers:
  • Tax rate — whether orders charge GST (9%) or no tax (0%).
  • Tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive prices — whether menu prices already include GST, or GST is added at checkout.
  • Each can be set for the whole business, or differently for a specific brand or outlet.
To change any of these, contact support at hello@atlas.kitchen or your shared WhatsApp group. Say whether the change applies to the whole business or a specific brand or outlet, and what to change.
