Adding Atlas home screen access on iOS tablets (iPad)
1/ If you have a previous Atlas Merchant Portal access logged in your tablet:
Check the email your account uses > note it down somewhere (or just remember it).
2/Open Safari on the tablet.
3/ Navigate to portal.atlas.kitchen.
4/ On the top right corner of the screen:
Tap on the share button, scroll down to the options, tap Add to Home Screen
, a confirmation screen will pop up, and tap Add
.
5/ On your home screen, access to Atlas Merchant Portal will look like this:
6/ Remove any previous old access that looks the same.
7/ Tap on the new access to Atlas Merchant Portal.
8/ Login with your credentials
- If you can’t find your password > tap on
I forgot my password
> add your email (got it in Step 1) > reset your password following email instructions > log in with your new password.
9/ Check everything is loading normally > you are done! 🥳
Adding Atlas home screen access on Android tablets (Xiaomi, Lenovo, Samsung, etc.)
1/ If you have a previous Atlas Merchant Portal access logged in your tablet:
Check the email your account uses > note it down somewhere (or just remember it).
2/ Open Chrome on the tablet.
3/ Navigate to portal.atlas.kitchen.
4/ On the top right corner of the screen:
Tap on the three dots button > scroll down the options > tap Add to Home Screen
> Confirmation screen will pop up > tap Add
or Install
(depending on the tablet).
- You can also tap
Add Atlas to Home Screen
if it pops up at the bottom of the screen.
5/ On your home screen, access to Atlas Merchant Portal will look like this:
6/ Remove any previous old access that looks the same.
7/ Tap on the new access to Atlas Merchant Portal.
8/ Login with your credentials
- If you can’t find your password > tap on

Troubleshooting
I can’t see the option for Add to Home Screen
- You might need to clear Caché on your browser:
1/ Open the Settings app.
2/ Scroll down and tap on "Apps & notifications."
3/ Locate your browser app in the list of apps and tap on it.
4/ Tap on "Storage & cache."
5/ To remove all cached data from your browser app, tap on "Clear cache."
- If the above does not work, clear All data on your browser:
Repeat the previous 1 to 5 steps > tap on "Clear storage”.
- If the above does not work, reinstall the browser
