How to update your phone number (for customers)

This guide will quickly explain how to update your phone number for your Atlas ID account. Note that the screenshots here have generic branding and design, but the steps will be the same for all restaurant websites powered by Atlas.

1/ On the restaurant’s website, click on the user top-right corner logo > Click on Log In:

2/ On the Log in page, enter your email and click Log in.

3/ If you have lost access to your phone number, choose to send the code to your email instead > Enter the access code:

4/ You will be redirected now to the landing page. Click on the user top-right corner logo again > Click Profile:

5/ On the profile page, click on the Mobile Number field > Enter your new phone number > Click Update your profile.

6/ Your phone number should now be updated. If you’re still facing any issues with your account, send us an email with the details to hello@atlas.kitchen.
