Atlas stocks page
Handle all your restaurant stocks in one place, and block or 86 products to avoid operational issues. The Stocks page works across all Atlas products:
- Atlas POS
- Atlas Online
- Atlas Scan to Order
- Atlas Kiosk
- Atlas Aggregator (integrate all your 3rd party platform stocks)
How to block items and set quantities
1/ Head over to the Stocks page, by clicking on the hamburger button on the sidebar menu > then stocks.
2/ Ensure you are on the correct date at the correct outlet. This is automatically set to the current date at your default outlet.
3/ Use the search bar to find the product or modifier you want to block or 86. Here, you can find both:
Products— items that can be shown on your website menu (e.g. cheeseburger)
Components— items or choices that exist inside a product (e.g. add-on cheese)
4/ Use the “Block” button to pick how you want to block an item:
Block Today— block or 86 the item for the day, and unblock the following day
Block Indefinitely— block or 86 the item permanently until staff manually unblocks it from the same page
Block until a date— block or 86 the item until a date, and unblock the following day
How to unblock items
Just tap on the “Unblock” button next to your product 🙂
How to set product quantities
1/ Find the product under the Stocks page — scrolling, applying filters and/or using the search bar.
2/ Tap on the Set quantity button.
3/ Select the time range when these stocks are applicable
4/ Select either:
Set remaining quantity left— sets the remaining quantity left to be sold for this period. It does not take into account any existing pre-orders.
Set total quantity— sets the total quantity to be sold for this period, including any pre-sold stocks already booked.
5/ If you need to adjust quantity, just tap on Update quantity, and update the number.
Some other notes:
- After this quantity of products has been sold, the item will automatically block.
- When the quantity left is less than 5 units, it will display in your POS.
