How to update or change order details on Atlas
1/ On the sidebar menu, find the order you need to adjust:
Today’s orders
— if the order was placed today
Upcoming orders
— if the order is scheduled for a future date
All orders
— list of all orders, including past orders
** If you use Atlas POS, tap the 🕒 logo to access recent checked-out orders.
2/ Tap on any order to open up the order details modal. You can search by order ID, table, address, and customer details on the search bar too.
3/ On the order details window, tap on the Adjust
or Edit
button in the top right corner.
4/ Adjust the order details on this screen, a few things you can do here:
- Remove or add items
- Change customer details
- Change the serving date or serving time
- Change address (for deliveries)
- Change delivery fees, surcharges, discounts, etc.
FAQs
How to change the serving date or serving time for a delivery order
1/ Select the new day or time in the SERVING DATE & SERVING TIME
fields.
- Tip: This is when the food will be served to the diner (e.g. 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm). If this is a delivery order, the preparation time will be 30 minutes earlier (e.g. 6:00 pm).
2/ Tap on Update
in the top right corner to save changes.
3/ A pop-up window will appear to rebook new delivery logistics → Select the first option to ensure the driver’s booking is updated to the new date & time.
How to change customers’ information (email, phone number, name) for an order
On the customer’s details section, you can edit the following:
- Customer’s name
- Phone number
- Email address
and tap Update
in the top right corner to apply the changes.
**After changing the email address, you can tap Resend Confirmation
to ensure that the new email address receives the order confirmation.
How to update the delivery address for a delivery order
1/ On the address section, insert a new address (including Unit number) and tap Add
. Once the new address is added, tap on Update
2/ Tap on Update
in the top right corner to save changes.
3/ A pop-up window will appear to rebook new delivery logistics → Select the first option to ensure the driver’s booking is updated to the address.
How to update the order’s serving outlet
1/ If the order’s fulfilment is for delivery, you will have to:
- Change the fulfilment type first from Delivery to Pickup
- Under Pickup address, select the new outlet
- Switch back the fulfilment type to Delivery
- Assign the correct time slot again
If the order’s fulfilment is Pickup, just change the outlet under the Pickup address.

3/ A pop-up window will appear to rebook new delivery logistics → Select the first option to ensure the driver’s booking is updated to the new date & time.
** If each outlet's bank account is different, the money will be settled under the original outlet and must be transferred manually by your finance team.
