Use Claude or ChatGPT with the Atlas MCP connector to draft an email campaign, pick an audience, and send or schedule it. Ask Atlas cannot send emails.

Steps

Email campaigns need a paid Loyalty subscription and the Customer.io MCP or plugin to be enabled. Ask Atlas cannot send emails — use Claude or ChatGPT with the Atlas MCP connector.

Open Claude

Start a new Claude chat and make sure the Atlas connector is turned on. The Customer.io MCP or plugin must also be enabled.
