# Set item availability conditions

> Set when items appear based on time, channel, or stock using Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT.

## What this does

Use Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT to add rules that show or hide items depending on time of day, channel, stock level, or date.

## When to use this

* You have breakfast-only items
* You run weekend specials
* You want delivery-only items
* You have a happy hour menu

## Steps

**Ask Atlas**

**1. Open Ask Atlas**

Open the Ask Atlas chat in the Atlas Merchant Portal and start a new conversation.

**2. Send the request**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Set up availability conditions for products in my menu.
```

**Claude**

**1. Open Claude**

Start a new Claude chat and make sure the Atlas connector is turned on.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Set up availability conditions for products in my menu.
```

**ChatGPT**

**1. Open ChatGPT**

Start a new ChatGPT chat and make sure the Atlas connector is connected.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Set up availability conditions for products in my menu.
