# Credit reward points

> Add loyalty points to customer accounts using Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT.

## What this does

Use Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT to credit points to individual customers or a segment and record the reason.

## When to use this

* You want to apologise for a mistake
* You are rewarding a promoter
* You are running a double-points day
* You are migrating loyalty balances

## Steps

**Ask Atlas**

**1. Open Ask Atlas**

Open the Ask Atlas chat in the Atlas Merchant Portal and start a new conversation.

**2. Send the request**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Suggest ways to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat visits.
```

**Claude**

**1. Open Claude**

Start a new Claude chat and make sure the Atlas connector is turned on.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Suggest ways to reward loyal customers and encourage repeat visits.
```

**ChatGPT**

**1. Open ChatGPT**

Start a new ChatGPT chat and make sure the Atlas connector is connected.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
