# Create announcements

> Publish in-app announcements or banners using Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT.

## What this does

Use Ask Atlas, Claude, or ChatGPT to create an announcement banner and publish it in your online store or POS.

## When to use this

* You want to promote a limited offer
* You want to share a holiday message
* You are announcing a new menu
* You need to warn customers about a closure

## Steps

**Ask Atlas**

**1. Open Ask Atlas**

Open the Ask Atlas chat in the Atlas Merchant Portal and start a new conversation.

**2. Send the request**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Suggest announcements or banners I can run to promote offers, events, or important updates.
```

**Claude**

**1. Open Claude**

Start a new Claude chat and make sure the Atlas connector is turned on.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Suggest announcements or banners I can run to promote offers, events, or important updates.
```

**ChatGPT**

**1. Open ChatGPT**

Start a new ChatGPT chat and make sure the Atlas connector is connected.

**2. Paste the prompt**

```text Prompt theme={null}
Suggest announcements or banners I can run to promote offers, events, or important updates.
